NOTHING VALUED THINK NO FEAR
ALWAYS WONDERING WHY YOU'RE HERE
Before setting foot on the sandy beach, Clyde had braved the previous storm to find Lydia. They had been tasked in giving a message to a Tempest member, in order for Brighid to speak with their leader. The sable Shepherd walked a few steps in front of Lydia, but slightly to her left. If an assault were to happen he wanted to be the one to take the first of the attack, he wanted to give Lydia enough time to flee. From the last attack on Tine, the one in which Themis had been injured, he learned that Lydia did not fight. He had to respect that about her, because that was what Tine was about after all.
In the distance he could see the outline of the old dock, and he was a bit surprised that it was still standing. The winds were getting more harsh with each storm that passed through Cascaro, and the skies above the two canines did not look promising. Grey rolled on and on, the only promise that the clouds gave were more storms. The fall had begun with warm temperatures and sunshine, but now it was littered with nothing but sporadic storms that gave hints of the inevitable. Their gang did not live in a single building, which made this weather harder to bare. Hopefully, they could prepare themselves before the larger of the storms came. A bolt lightening shot through the clouds, but Clyde ignored the sudden spike in light. Lydia and himself were on a mission, and the faster they completed that mission the faster they could go home.
Clydes dark eyes darted around the shore, in hopes of seeing someone. Unfortunately, it seemed as though finding a Tempest member on the large beach would prove to be more difficult than he had first imagined. He looked back to find Lydias eyes and said, "I wonder where they could be?"
He continued down the beach in hopes of spotting a Tempest member, with Lydia hopefully at his flank.
